Our path begins in Sumer, Known as the Samarian Culture
The above tablet shows the Sumerian God equivalent of Satan called Enki climbing over mountain peaks. Underneath him there is a horned lamb a symbol of the lamb of god and the 7 headed beast of revelation. Enki is where we get the word Loki from, who was a horned god and a Norse God equivalent of Satan as well. Enki's holding in one hand what looks like to be an eagle, which is a symbol of imperialism. It appears in the tablet that water is dripping from Enki as he rises from the waters. The water dripping from Enki could be the Euphrates and Tigris river. Another name for Enki was Ea which is Akkadian and literally means the house of water.
Enki is the God of Water or the Abys.
What is interesting is water used to be associated with the Underworld, for example the Mayans used to bury some of their dead inside flooded caves. According to Maya myth, the souls of the dead had to follow a dog with night vision on a horrific and watery path and endure a myriad of challenges before they could rest in the afterlife.
WORD ASSOCIATIONS
The Underworld also known as Hell and is associated with the Devil. The Abyss is associated to Hell and to the Ocean. Abyss is also where we get the word oblivion from (ab-blivion). Also, aquifers as a source of water were considered important in the desert, an aquifer was called an abzu, and immediately we see the relation to the word abyss. Also, the word abysmal describes something being appalling. So, we see from this, Enki being a god of the abyss has lots of negative connotations. He would be associated with things such as floods and droughts and other water related problems, such as salt-water contamination of aquifers, or aquifers running dry. Or if there was a storm at sea and people drowned. So, we see that it would have been impossible for the ancients to see Enki as a god of good but rather as evil.
The god inanana is using a mace to hit the sun god shamesh who is setting below the mountain peaks. This is not a god that gets his hands dirty, he gets his minions to do the dirty work. If someone was dying of thirst in the desert, he would sit back and watch, while stroking one of his pets like an evil villain. That’s the overall impression I get.The funny thing is people make out Enki to be the good guy, even though he clearly would never have been. He was a god to be feared, not loved. But a lesser evil than the other gods.
Enki/Ea (god) - Mischievous god of wisdom, magic and Incantations who resides in the ocean under the earth. Enki is associated with the city of Eridu on the southern Mesopotamia. Enki's temple was E-abzu (house of the abzu), which was also known as E-engur-ra (house of the subterranean water) or E-unir (Foster 2005: 643-644).
Name and Spellings
Enki is spelled in Sumerian as den-ki or dam-an-ki. In Akkadian, Ea's name is commonly spelled dE2.A but it is unclear to which language this name belonged originally (Edzard 1965: 56). In literary texts, Enki/Ea was sometimes known by the alternative names Nudimmud or Niššiku, the latter originally being a Semitic epithet TT (nas(s)iku "prince") that was then reinterpreted as a pseudo-logogram TT dnin-ši-kù (Cavigneaux and Krebernik 1998-2001a: 590). He had a number of epithets TT , including 'stag of the abzu' (Black and Green 1998: 75) and 'little Enlil' (Foster 2005: 643-644).
Enki: The Epic Mesopotamian Water God Who Saved Humanity
Over time, however, Enki’s influence grew, and this deity was considered to have power over many other aspects of life, including trickery and mischief, magic, creation, fertility, and intelligence. The Neo-Sumerian text Enmerkar and the Lord of Aratta praises a later version of Enki:
“Enki, the lord of abundance and of steadfast decisions, the wise and knowing lord of the Land, the expert of the gods, chosen for wisdom, the lord of Eridug, shall change the speech in their mouths, as many as he had placed there, and so the speech of mankind is truly one.”
Sumerian, Akkadian, and Babylonian Myths of Enki’s Family
According to the Sumerians (and Akkadians), Enki was the son of Anu, the god of the sky. In the Babylonian Enuma Elish , on the other hand, Enki is referred to as the son of Apsu, the primeval freshwater ocean beneath the earth.
Eridu: The Sumerian Garden of Eden and the Oldest City in the World?
LINK
Today, Eridu is often considered to be one of the oldest permanent settlements in Mesopotamia, and perhaps even in the world. The ancient Sumerians also believed that Eridu was the first city in the world, and they documented that belief in the Sumerian King List and the Eridu Genesis . At least 18 layers of settlement are found at the site, could the ancient Sumerian belief be possible? Archaeological evidence shows that the earliest structures date to the 6th millennium BC. The city reached its zenith during the 4th millennium BC and continued to be inhabited until around the 7th century BC. By then, however, the city had lost its importance.

A Tell of 18 Levels
Eridu (known today as Tell Abu Shahrain) is located about 20 km (12.5 miles) to the southwest of the famous city of Ur. As its modern name indicates, the archaeological site is a tell, which is a huge mound formed over the millennia as a result of new settlements being built over the ruins of the previous ones. The tell rises to a height to 7 meters (23 feet), and is formed by 18 levels of occupation, according to the archaeological excavations. The bulk of this has been dated to the Ubaid and Uruk periods, which lasted from the 6th to 4th millennia BC.
The God of Eridu Temple
The God of Eridu Temple
The patron god of Eridu was Enki (known also in Akkadian as Ea), the god of water. According to Sumerian mythology, Enki founded the settlement, and it was from this city that civilization was spread to other parts of the land. Although Enki was initially a local god, he rose in importance as the city grew in influence, resulting in him being incorporated into the pantheon of other cities as well. In Eridu, Enki’s temple is known as E-Abzu (Abzu may be translated as ‘Deep Ocean’ and refers to the underground spring from which all life is believed to have begun).
Eridu Mound
Archaeological excavations of the E-Abzu have revealed that the temple began as a small room containing what has been referred to by scholars as a ‘cult niche’ and/or ‘offering table’. Over the millennia, however, the inhabitants built new temples over the ruins of the old ones, each bigger than the last. The E-Abzu eventually became a large ziggurat, an apt reflection of Enki’s status as a major deity.
It has been proposed that the E-Abzu may have been the largest of the ancient Mesopotamian ziggurats. Eridu was the dominant city in southern Mesopotamia during the Ubaid period, but it was eventually superseded by Uruk. Nevertheless, it continued to be revered as the first city, and it retained its religious significance thanks to the E-Abzu.
• It has been suggested that ecological changes, i.e. the recession of the gulf coast and the increasingly unreliable water table, were responsible for the decline of Eridu around the end of the 3rd millennium BC. The city continued to be inhabited up until around the 7th century BC, although by then it had become a mere shadow of its former glory. In 2016, Eridu was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as part of the ‘Ahwar of Southern Iraq: Refuge of Biodiversity and the Relict Landscape of the Mesopotamian Cities’.
There are nine lines of cuneiform inscriptions on this fired clay brick; stamp of the king Amar-Sin (Amar-Suen, previously misread as BurSin), King of Ur. 2100-2000 BC. Lord of the Waters. (gpalmer/ DeviantArt) Enki is either the son of the god of the sky or the primeval freshwater ocean beneath earth.
In this tale, Enki was an offspring of Apsu and Tiamat , the personifications of fresh water and saltwater, respectively. Enki and his siblings began making a lot of noise, which angered Apsu as it interrupted his sleep. Apsu decided to destroy his children, though his plan was revealed to Enki by Tiamat. As a result, Enki decided to strike first by putting his father to sleep and then killing him. Although the story continues, Enki is no longer the main character in it, as he is overshadowed by his son, Marduk.

Although the story continues, Enki is no longer the main character in it, as he is overshadowed by his son, Marduk.
Creating the Mesopotamian Gods
The Enuma Elish begins by with the creation of the gods, as a result of the union between Apsu and Tiamat:
“When skies above were not named / Nor earth below pronounced by name, / Apsu, the first one, their begetter / And maker Tiamat, who bore them all, / had mixed their waters together, / … Then gods were born within them.”
According to Mesopotamian belief, Apsu was the personification of the freshwater underground waters, whilst Tiamat was the salty sea water. The first two gods created from the union of Apsu and Tiamat were Lahmu and Lahamu, who in turn gave birth to Anshar and Kishar.
The gods of that generation would meet together / And disturb Tiamat, and their clamor reverberated. They stirred up Tiamat’s belly, They were annoying her by playing inside Anduruna. / Apsu could not quell their voice / And Tiamat became mute before them.
In spite of the trouble caused by the younger gods, Tiamat tolerated them. Apsu, however, could not stand their behavior any longer, and intended to destroy them. When he told his plan to Tiamat, she was not pleased, “She was furious and shouted at her lover; She shouted dreadfully and was beside herself with rage, / But then suppressed the evil in her belly.” Apsu, however, listened to his vizier, Mummu, and continued with his plot to destroy his children.
Mesopotamian Goddess Seeking Revenge
The gods, however, learned about Apsu’s plan, and one of them, Ea, put a sleeping spell on Apsu, and killed him. It was also after this that Marduk was born and was given the four winds to play with. Some of the younger gods were disturbed and complained to Tiamat. As a consequence of their goading, Tiamat decided to avenge Apsu. She created an army of monsters, and appointed Qingu, her new consort, as their commander. When the gods learnt about Tiamat’s plan to destroy them, they took council, but were incapable of doing anything.
Enki Helps Humanity
Enki also plays a major role in another Akkadian/Babylonian myth, the Atrahasis, which is the Mesopotamian version of the Great Flood. In this myth, Enki was responsible for the creation of mankind , who would serve the gods.
This race of humans multiplied quickly, and Enlil, the chief deity, became irritated by the amount of noise they made. Therefore, he decided to reduce the number of humans by sending catastrophes to kill them. Each time, however, the people appealed to Enki, who would tell them what to do in order to survive.
Finally, Enlil decides to wipe out humankind once and for all with a great flood . Enki is unable to stop Enlil’s plan and decides to go to earth to save one good man, Atrahasis. The man is told to build an ark and therefore manages to escape from Enlil’s wrath. The rest of the human race, however, is destroyed. Enlil then suggests that human beings be made again, though these new creations would be less fertile, have a shorter lifespan, and would be more vulnerable than their predecessors.
“Queen of the Night”
The depicted figure could be an aspect of the goddess Ishtar (Sumerian: Inanna) Mesopotamian goddess of sexual love and war.
In the myths above, it may be said that Enki was perceived as a wise and benevolent god who cared for humanity. In addition, it may be said that his strength laid in his cunning and his ability as a trickster. Nevertheless, as the last example demonstrates, even the trickster may at times be tricked.
Eden Revisited: The Sumerian Version
Sumer, in Mesopotamia, was called ‘the land of civilized kings’. It reached its peak around 6,500 years ago when it had the distinction of being a very advanced civilization with a sophisticated written language, magnificent architecture for the time, complex mathematics, and amazing astronomy. Hundreds of gods comprised its religious system. Sumerians believed that although humans and the gods once shared the earth together, they didn't share a co-equal existence. Humans, they believed, were designed for the express purpose of serving the gods. Their chief god, Anu, commissioned his son, Enki (Ea), and his daughter Ninki (Enki's half-sister) to create humans by sacrificing a god, mixing his body and blood with clay, and forming the first human being made in the likeness of the gods.

Is Our Modern World being touched by the Ancient Babylon / Sumer / Mesopotamian ‘gods’?
Why is this relevant today?
Why do we need to understand these ancient tales to understand modern era wickedness, deception and evil?

The biblical story of the Tower of Babel is believed by many to be the record of a real historical event that took place after the worldwide Flood, at a time when the earth’s population still lived together in one place. The enduring archaeological question, therefore, is where the Tower of Babel was built. It is widely considered that Shinar, where the Bible says the Babel event took place, was a territory in south Mesopotamia; and that Babel was located at Babylon. However, an analysis of history, geography, and geology, shows that Shinar cannot have been in the south, but rather was a territory in what is northeastern Syria today; and that the remnants of the Tower must be located in the Upper Khabur River triangle, not far from Tell Brak, which is the missing city of Akkad.
After the biblical Flood of Genesis 7–8, Noah and his family came out of the Ark in the mountains of Ararat to start new lives in a strange world. Genesis 11:2 says that they eventually settled in a plain in Shinar; according to the Jewish historian, Josephus (1736a) (Antiquities 1:4:1), this was the first place where the multiplying group of people lived after leaving the mountains. In Shinar they rebelled against God and set out to build a city and tower to make a name for themselves and keep from scattering (Genesis 11:4). Our search for the Tower of Babel will therefore begin by locating the land of Shinar.
This author considers that what makes the most sense would appear to be the suggestion that “Shinar” is simply a Semitic language form of “two rivers” (in Hebrew, “shene nahar”) (for example, Rollin 1836, p. 284; Smith 1948, p. 622). Shinar, then, would be “land of two rivers,” a name closely related in meaning to the Greek, “Mesopotamia.”2 We would therefore look for Shinar somewhere in a territory that includes two rivers.
Shinar would not necessarily have been a specific country, although it appears to be referred to in that way in Abraham’s day in Genesis 14, where one of the kings that came against Abraham was Amraphel, king of Shinar (we will mention Amraphel again later on). We cannot say for certain where the borders of Shinar in Amraphel’s time were. One of the difficulties with kingdoms of the Middle East in ancient times was that often there were no permanently defined borders, but the territory that a certain ruler governed could expand and contract over time, depending on his city’s power and on treaties signed with other rulers nearby (Ristvet 2008). This concept is not always understood today because the dividing up of the land of Israel among the Jewish tribes did involve set borders that did not change, as God instructed them.
(Joshua 12–19); this was in contrast to the custom of the peoples around them. Shinar is mentioned a total of eight times in the Bible: Genesis 10:10; 11:2; 14:1, 9; Isaiah 11:11; Daniel 1:2; and Zechariah 5:11. In addition, Achan (Joshua 7:21) sinned in taking a Shinarish garment as forbidden loot in the destruction of Ai; although the KJV translation says the garment was “Babylonian,” the same Hebrew word is used for “Shinar” as in the previous seven verses (Strong 1894, #8152).
The four Genesis verses all refer to Shinar as the place where the Tower of Babel was built; Isaiah 11:11 is a reference to the gathering of the children of Israel from far places; and Zechariah 5:11 sees a vision, in which an angel tells him that a house for the ephah will be built in the land of Shinar.3
The Daniel reference to Shinar is interesting. When Nebuchadnezzar took part of the vessels of the house of God from Jerusalem and carried them into Shinar “to the house of his god” (Daniel 1:2), where did he take them? Since Nebuchadnezzar was king of Babylon, and lived in the city of Babylon, it is unlikely that this place in Shinar was the same place as the city of Babylon, or the biblical narrative would have simply said so (it does in 2 Chronicles 36:5–7). We would expect that Shinar would have been a place somewhere in his large kingdom that Nebuchadnezzar visited on the way back home to the city of Babylon; as we will show later, Shinar was a territory that was largely in the area of northeast Syria. However, we can only speculate where this “house of his god” was in Shinar; the biblical author clearly assumed that everybody knew where this was and did not find it necessary to state it in the text. One possibility is that Nebuchadnezzar left the booty at a northern temple of the god, Marduk (or Merodach, Jeremiah 50:2, KJV), also called Bel, who was the supreme god of the pantheon at the city of Babylon at this time in history (Oates 1979, p. 105). There is evidence of worship of Marduk in the north; for instance, ancient Ebla, in the northwest of Syria, is called “Tell Mardikh” (another spelling of Marduk) even today (Finegan 1979, p. 43).
Another intriguing possibility is that “his god” was the one in whose honor he was named, Nabu, also spelled “Nebo” (Ward 1887), who, along with Marduk / Bel, had achieved considerable importance by now in the north. Dirven (1999, p. 130)
There is also the question of whether it is the city or the kingdom of Babylon that is meant in some biblical and other historical references. Indeed, many verses mentioning Babylon could be quoted, that could refer to the kingdom as a whole and not just to the city itself. For instance, Isaiah 39:6–7 says that everything in the king’s house would be carried to Babylon, but the context of the chapter shows that “Babylon” refers to the kingdom, and not necessarily just to the city. Also, in Ezra 6: 1, 2, Darius ordered his people to look for the roll containing Cyrus’ decree to build the temple at Jerusalem; the search was to be made “where the treasures were laid up in Babylon.” The roll they wanted actually turned up in the palace at Achmetha (Ecbatana, now Hamadan), in the province of the Medes (Iran today), far from the city of Babylon itself, although the province of the Medes was part of the far-flung kingdom of Babylon at that time (Heritage 2004, p. 148; Yamauchi 1990, p. 305). This location for the scroll actually makes sense, because Cyrus had made Ecbatana his annual summer capital, and he could well have made this decree while staying there (Mitchell 1991, pp. 426–427).

Modern Day Black Sex Magic rituals:
Hello Jack Parsons and the Babylon Working: California Pasadena/Orange County 1940s Luciferianism Shows its face to the modern world
In 1946, Jack Parsons and L. Ron Hubbard attempted to usher a mystical, feminine goddess into the world through a magical fornication ritual. Known as the Babylon Working, these ceremonies drew inspiration from Aleister Crowley's novel, Moonchild, and attempted to use intimate magic between Parsons and a woman to conceive a spirit-world child who could thus usher in the otherworldly goddess, Babylon. The story of the Babylon Working almost seems like a myth in itself - more unbelievable than Crowley's Thelema religion or the rituals of the Ordo Templi Orientis organization. While the notion is far-fetched, a rocket scientist and the eventual creator of Scientology did partake in a two-week ritual, using chants and reproductive fluids to marshal Babylon into creation. Though Scientologists have attempted to scrub Hubbard's involvement in black magic from public memory, he was not only present at the ceremonies but presided over them. And though Parsons may not receive proper credit for being the father of modern-day rocket science, the black magician was also responsible for launching rockets into space. LINK
Babylon, 'The Mother Of Abominations,' Was Created By Aleister Crowley
Babalon, the mystical goddess Jack Parsons and L. Ron Hubbard ultimately hoped to conjure, was mostly a creation of English occultist Aleister Crowley, who was inspired by Babylon, an entity in the biblical book of Revelation.
The mystical belief system Crowley created, known as Thelema, claimed Babylon was - or at least represented - Earth itself. The Gnostic beliefs to which Parsons ascribed referred to Babylon( Babalon) as "Sophia" and believed her to be the personification of wisdom. According to this system, she played a pivotal role in the creation of both the universe and humankind.
In summary, the myth of Sophia claims she birthed many evil beings while trapped in the underworld. One of these beings was the demiurge, who created the world and imbued all its evil qualities. Sophia helped return light to the world, and when the demiurge created Adam, she concealed the first man's consciousness, only returning it to the world through the first woman, Eve
In the book of Revelation, Babylon is portrayed very differently - her forehead bears the words, "Babylon the Great: the Mother of [Harlots] and of the Abominations of the Earth." Though Sophia was indeed the mother of "abominations" on the Earth, Gnosticism paints her as a wise and benevolent maternal figure. The Christian Bible claims that, in the end of days, Babylon will be left unclothed, and her flesh will be eaten and burned with fire.
The Myth of the Divine Sophia
In the Gnostic myth of how the world works, Sophia, the feminine personification of wisdom, lives happily with spirits of light (especially her twin brother), in the unified limitless potential of her Father’s radiance, created by the twin powers of Depth and Silence.
She’s so dizzy with love for the Creative Source that when she sees a brilliant shimmering light below, she flings herself down into the darkness, mistakenly following what she believes to be her Father’s radiance, fooled by a mere reflection. There, in the abysmal unrealized potential of the world, she is trapped – separated from the light, the spiritual realization of Gnosis – the knowledge of transcendent unity.
The World’s Soul is a Woman – The Gnostic Myth of Sophia
Using their own propaganda: ARTICLE
Water finds its greatest power by seeking its lowest point. -Zen saying There, the powers of the underworld have their way with her, using, abusing, and exploiting her, until all she knows is sadness in the struggle to return herself up to the light she has lost, but not forgotten. She gives birth to a bunch of bad boys, demigods called archons, including the worst of them all, the demiurge who becomes the creator of this world, infecting it with pride, ignorance, fear, and his lust for power and pleasure.
But Sophia remains present, and in her resurgent power she brings great beauty and spiritual potential to the Earthly realm and its inhabitants. Witnessing the irresponsible creation of the world by her errant offspring, Sophia conceals Consciousness in the body of the demiurge’s first man, “Adam,” and then brings it into the world as “Eve.”
Finally, Sophia breaks free and ascends back up to the true light of life, raising humanity with her ever so slightly. But she refuses to abandon the sad world of humans, and so she divides herself, keeping a part below, ever present and available for the enlightenment of all. Back up in the celestial realm of spiritual light, Sophia rediscovers Gnosis by joining her twin brother in a “marriage” of reunification, balancing the masculine ego of unrealized potential, and uniting it with the sacred feminine – made ever more powerful by adversity – into an androgynous whole. A complete person, full with the knowledge of the transcendent, unified light.
One Woman, Many Names
Sophia ends up being the giver of wisdom in so many forms: She is Shakti in Sanskrit, the powerful Hindu personification of feminine wisdom, and the personal and collective linking soul as atman, realized in the transcendent state of samadhi (Gnosis). She is the compassionate boddhisatva (Avalokiteshvara) in Buddhism, returning to light the path to nirvana (Gnosis); personified by the deity Guanyin. She is both Mother Mary, in her ascendant form, and Mary Magdalene, as the Earthly companion of the Christ potential in Christian Gnosticism. In Jungian psychology, she is the unifying power (“individuation”) of both the feminine and masculine archetypes, anima and animus, and of the lower self of the psyche with the higher spiritual self (Gnosis).
So, you see, Sophia really gets around; or as my late uncle (by marriage), the great Jungian psychologist and philosopher, James Hillman put it: She is the Sophia of wisdom, the Maria of compassion, the Persephone of destruction, compelling Necessity and Fate, and the Muse.
The Scarlet Woman and the Scarlet Beast
MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Yes... this goes all the way back to the beginning:
REVELATION CH. 17 And there came one of the seven angels which had the seven vials, and talked with me, saying unto me, Come hither; I will shew unto thee the judgment of the great whore that sitteth upon many waters: 2 With whom the kings of the earth have committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth have been made drunk with the wine of her fornication. 3 So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication: 5 And upon her forehead was a name written, Mystery, Babylon The Great, The Mother Of Harlots And Abominations Of The Earth. 6 And I saw the woman drunken with the blood of the saints, and with the blood of the martyrs of Jesus: and when I saw her, I wondered with great admiration. 7 And the angel said unto me, Wherefore didst thou marvel? I will tell thee the mystery of the woman, and of the beast that carrieth her, which hath the seven heads and ten horns. 8 The beast that thou sawest was, and is not; and shall ascend out of the bottomless pit, and go into perdition: and they that dwell on the earth shall wonder, whose names were not written in the book of life from the foundation of the world, when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is. 9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth. 10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space. 11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition. 12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. 13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. 14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful. 15 And he saith unto me, The waters which thou sawest, where the whore sitteth, are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.16 And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire.17 For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.18 And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth.
The Ritual Itself Involved Many Occult Symbols And A 'Sexual Frenzy'
The Babylon Working rituals - which sought to conceive a child of the astral plane who would eventually usher in the goddess, Babylon - began on March 1, 1946, in Parsons's home, known as "the Parsonage."
Parsons penned a fairly detailed account of the events, which began with Hubbard stating, "The Year of Babylon is 4063. She is the flame of life, power of darkness, she destroys with a glance, she may take thy soul. She feeds upon the [ends] of men. Beautiful-Horrible."
On the third day of the proceedings, Hubbard and Parsons integrated reproductive fluids into the rituals: "Lay out a white sheet. Place upon it blood of birth... think upon the lewd, lascivious things thou couldn't do. All is good to Babylon... The lust is hers, the passion yours. Consider thou the Beast [violating]."
The following day, Hubbard presided over a "sexual frenzy" between himself and a woman they had recruited for the ceremonies. Over the course of two weeks, Hubbard and Parsons attempted to usher the astral child into the world - "the two of them engaged in ritual chanting, drawing occult symbols in the air with swords, dripping animal blood on runes, and [pleasuring themselves] in order to 'impregnate' magical tablets."
The Babylon Working Was Meant To Initiate The Aeon Of Horus
Crowley's Thelema religion divided history into three Aeons: Isis (matriarchal, mother earth, simple), Osiris (paternal, suffering, mortality), and Horus (selfrealization). Crowley claimed the Aeon of Horus began in 1904, though no consensus exists regarding the official length of an Aeon - some claim they may last anywhere from 100 to 2000 years.
Despite the Aeon of Horus allegedly having already begun, the Babylon Working's attempted conception of the Moonchild sought to "bring to fruition the Aeon of Horus." Parsons seemingly believed the Babylon Working would immediately produce the divine child, but the rituals were unsuccessful, and Hubbard left with Parson's girlfriend - as well as a great deal of his money - soon after the ceremonies' completion.
Parsons Was In Crowley's Secret Society When He Began The Babylon Working Ordo Templi Orientis, or OTO, is a fraternal and religious organization founded in the early 20th century. OTO was originally fashioned after Freemasonry, though Aleister Crowley eventually joined its ranks and gradually introduced precepts from Thelema, his cult, to the OTO order. Parsons was the leader of the OTO lodge in Los Angeles, though the Babylon Working didn't necessarily mirror OTO beliefs.
In 2015, an OTO member dispelled several myths surrounding the organization following the release of HBO's Going Clear documentary, which deconstructed Scientology and likened the religion to OTO. The member clarified that OTO is separate from Scientology in its financial practices, as the former does not require payment from members.
OTO is, however, undoubtedly a black magic cult. Members believe "in Chaos, the sole viceregent of the sun upon the earth; Babylon, the mother of us all; and Baphomet, the serpent and the lion, mystery of mysteries." While the organization does identify with magical practices involving intimacy, they do not tolerate disrespectful or predatory behavior - rather, "each of us, women and men alike, own our bodies and make our own choices about who we will touch and who we will love." This perspective is also the basis of Crowley's cult, Thelema.
The Babylon Working Wasn't The First Attempt To Conceive A Divine Fetus
Sexual magic as practiced by Crowley, though seemingly focused solely on libertine pleasures, was sincerely focused on conceiving a divine child. Crowley did clarify at one point, however, this notion was hardly new - many ancient religions and magicians have attempted to create godlike children throughout history. Relations between family members, humans and animals, and homosexual couples have all been utilized by various cultures in pursuit of a divine fetus. Crowley said, "
Babylon Working: Key XI Lust (Aleister Crowley’s Thoth Deck)
The Babylon Working was a series of magical rituals performed in 1946 by L. Ron Hubbard, founder of Scientology, and Jack Parsons, rocket scientist and Lodge Master of the Agape Lodge of the Ordo Templi Orientis. Read Alexander Mitchell’s shocking expose published on 5 October 1969 Revealed for the first time…the odd beginning of Ron Hubbard’s career. From the magical record of Jack Parsons.
This book contains the record of a magical experiment relating to the invocation of an elemental, the thereafter of the Goddess or Force called BABALON, and the results thereof. An appendix contains some details of the method, published for the first time. The contents should be clear enough to those who are prepared for understanding, and a little study and effort should make it so for those who desire understanding. For the rest, each will no doubt interpret it in accord with his own predilections.
A note on the underlying philosophy. The present age is under the influence of the force called, in magical terminology, Horus. This force relates to fire, Mars, and the sun, that is, to power, violence, and energy. It also relates to a child, being innocent (i.e. undifferentiated). Its manifestations may be noted in the destruction of old institutions and ideas, the discovery and liberation of new energies, and the trend towards power governments, war, homosexuality, infantilism, and schizophrenia.
This force is completely blind, depending upon the men and women in whom it manifests and who guide it. Obviously, its guidance now tends towards catastrophe. The catastrophic trend is due to our lack of understanding of our own natures. The hidden lusts, fears, and hatreds resulting from the warping of the love urge, which underlies the natures of all Western peoples, have taken a homicidal and suicidal direction.
This impasse is broken by the incarnation of another sort of force, called BABALON. The nature of this force relates to love, understanding, and Dionysian freedom, and is the necessary counterbalance or correspondence to the manifestation of Horus. It is indicated that this force is actually incarnate in some living woman, as the result of the described magical operation. A more basic matter, however, is the indication that this force is incarnate in all men and women and needs only to be invoked to free the spirit from the debris of the old Aeon, and to direct the blind force of Horus into constructive channels of understanding and love. The methods of this invocation are described in the text.
The background of this material may be found in the Book of the Law, the Comment thereon, and other writings of Aleister Crowley; also in various magical, anthropological, psychological, and philosophical texts. These are all necessary to an understanding and use of the material.
One further point. It should be remembered that all human activities, after the vital functions are fulfilled, arise from the need to love or to be loved. It is therefore quite literally true that in understanding (i.e. that which embraces all categories of love) is all power given. A grasp of the principle of bipolarity should make this clear. Parsons and Hubbard used a system of Enochian Magic, which included sex magic
Parsons and Hubbard used a system of Enochian Magic, which included sex magic. Enochian Magic is one of the most controversial aspects of Rosicrucian Magic. Israel Regardie warned that “It is a very powerful system, and if used carelessly or indiscriminately will bring about disaster and spiritual disintegration.” Paul Foster Case considered the Enochian system to be hopelessly tainted, and removed Enochian Magic entirely when he reformulated Golden Dawn material into his B. O. T. A. Donald Tyson has even suggested that Enochian Magic was revealed to John Dee as a means of setting in motion the destructive forces of the apocalypse, as described in the book of Revelation in the New Testament.
Griffin, D. J. (1999). The ritual magic manual: A complete course in practical magic. Beverly Hills, Calif: Golden Dawn Pub. [Worldcat] Hugh Urban in Magia Sexualis, described Crowley’s use of sex magic as a powerful means to shatter the limited rational mind and finite human ego. However, the ultimate goal that Crowley sought through his sexual magic went far beyond the mundane desire for material wealth or mortal power. In his most exalted moments, Crowley believed that he could achieve a supreme spiritual power–the power to conceive a divine child, a godlike being, who would transcend the moral failings of the body born of mere woman. This goal of creating a divine fetus, Crowley suggests, lies at the heart of many esoteric traditions, from ancient Mesopotamia to India to the Arab world: This is the great idea of magicians in all times–To obtain a Messiah by some adaptation of the sexual process. In Assyria they tried incest….Greeks and Syrians mostly bestiality. The Mohammedans tried homosexuality; medieval philosophers tried to produce homunculi by making chemical experiments with semen. But the root idea is that any form of procreation other than normal is likely to produce results of a magical character.
Sex magic, particularly in its transgressive, nonreproductive forms, can thus unleash the supreme creative power: the power to create not an ordinary fetus, but a magical child of messianic potential.
Urban, H. B. (2006). Magia sexualis: Sex, magic, and liberation in modern Western esotericism. Berkeley, Calif: University of California Press. [Worldcat] Crowley indeed suspected Parsons and Hubbard of attempting to create such a magical child or “Moonchild.” In a letter to Karl Germer, Crowley wrote: Apparently, he (Parsons), or Hubbard, or somebody, is producing a Moonchild. I get fairly frantic when I contemplate the idiocy of these goats. Carter, John, (1999) Sex and Rockets, Feral House.

He Referred To Himself As "The Beast" The Dragon
Crowley was known as "The Beast," a title that he himself gleefully used. He earned the name as a child, when his exasperated mother would call him "Beast 666" in the wake of his mischief. As an adult, he proudly used the nickname, especially when he could appreciate the mystical context. His use of the term and his occultist activities led some to incorrectly claim that he was a Satanist. LINK

The demon prince
Ba ‘Al : bael/bal/ba al
Ba 'Al is sometimes seen as a demon in the Christian tradition. Early demonologists, unaware of Baal/Hadad or that "baal" could refer to any number of local spirits, came to regard the term as referring to one supremely evil personage. Ba'al was ranked as the first and principal king in Hell, ruling over the East.
A reconstruction of pagan idol Molech who demanded child sacrifice was stationed at the entrance of Rome’s Colosseum as part of a secular historical exhibition.
Moloch is Bael or Baal
Moloch is in the Book of Leviticus: The first mention of Moloch in the Hebrew bible is in Leviticus Ch. 18 Vs. 21 where it states: “‘Do not give any of your children to be sacrificed to Molek (Moloch), for you must not profane the name of your God. I am the Lord.”
Moloch, also known as Baal (The Lord), was a god of Canaanite origin. Moloch may have been referred to my his followers as "Melech," meaning "King." His name in the Hebrew bible (Moloch) may be a combination of the word melech with the word "boshet" ("shame"). Moloch was considered the symbol of purifying fire, which in turn symbolizes the soul. He is associated with child sacrifice, and the concept of children being "consumed" by fire has lead to Moloch being syncretized with the Greek god Cronos and his Roman counterpart Saturn, who consumed their own children.
Moloch in this passage is shown to be a foreign deity worshiped by his followers by sacrificing their own children to the fire. This passage in Leviticus strictly forbids the worship of Moloch. Leviticus Ch. 20 Vs. 1-5 states that the punishment for worshiping Moloch is death: The Lord said to Moses, “Say to the Israelites: ‘Any Israelite or any foreigner residing in Israel who sacrifices any of his children to Molek is to be put to death. The members of the community are to stone him. I myself will set my face against him and will cut him off from his people; for by sacrificing his children to Molek, he has defiled my sanctuary and profaned my holy name. If the members of the community close their eyes when that man sacrifices one of his children to Molek and if they fail to put him to death, I myself will set my face against him and his family and will cut them off from their people together with all who follow him in prostituting themselves to Molek.
Moloch in the Book of 2nd Kings: Even with this clear prohibition, there are at least two Kings of Judah who have been documented giving offerings to Moloch- King Ahaz and King Manasseh:[6] In the seventeenth year of Pekah son of Remaliah, Ahaz son of Jotham king of Judah began to reign. Ahaz was twenty years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. Unlike David his father, he did not do what was right in the eyes of the Lord his God. He followed the ways of the kings of Israel and even sacrificed his son in the fire, engaging in the detestable practices of the nations the Lord had driven out before the Israelites. He offered sacrifices and burned incense at the high places, on the hilltops and under every spreading tree. 2nd Kings Ch. 16:1-4
The worship of Moloch continued until the reign of King Josiah of Judah, who descended upon the hill site of Topheth, the primary hub of Moloch worship, and destroyed the alters and cleared out all of the Moloch worshipers. He desecrated Topheth, which was in the Valley of Ben Hinnom, so no one could use it to sacrifice their son or daughter in the fire to Molek. He removed from the entrance to the temple of the Lord the horses that the kings of Judah had dedicated to the sun. They were in the court near the room of an official named Nathan-Melek. Josiah then burned the chariots dedicated to the sun. 2nd Kings Ch. 23:10 & 11
Moloch in the Book of Jeremiah:
Moloch is referenced to throughout the Book of Jeremiah, where the prophet Jeremiah warns of the coming destruction of Jerusalem. In his prophecies Jeremiah states that the worship of Moloch and the child sacrifice associated with it are the reasons why Yahweh will allow foreign invaders to destroy Jerusalem: “For the sons of Judah have done evil in my sight, declares the Lord. They have set their detestable things in the house that is called by my name, to defile it. And they have built the high places of Topheth, which is in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daughters in the fire, which I did not command, nor did it come into my mind. Therefore, behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when it will no more be called Topheth, or the Valley of the Son of Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter; for they will bury in Topheth, because there is no room elsewhere. And the dead bodies of this people will be food for the birds of the air, and for the beasts of the earth, and none will frighten them away. And I will silence in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, for the land shall become a waste.
Jeremiah 7:30-34
This is what the Lord says: “Go and buy a clay jar from a potter. Take along some of the elders of the people and of the priests and go out to the Valley of Ben Hinnom, near the entrance of the Potsherd Gate. There proclaim the words I tell you, and say, ‘Hear the word of the Lord, you kings of Judah and people of Jerusalem. This is what the Lord Almighty, the God of Israel, says: Listen! I am going to bring a disaster on this place that will make the ears of everyone who hears of it tingle. For they have forsaken me and made this a place of foreign gods; they have burned incense in it to gods that neither they nor their ancestors nor the kings of Judah ever knew, and they have filled this place with the blood of the innocent. They have built the high places of Baal to burn their children in the fire as offerings to Baal—something I did not command or mention, nor did it enter my mind. So beware, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when people will no longer call this place Topheth or the Valley of Ben Hinnom, but the Valley of Slaughter. -Jeremiah 19:1-6
Moloch in Christian and Occult Demonologies
Throughout history multiple formalized classifications of demons have been proposed. None of them however are considered canon by modern mainstream Christian denominations. Instead, lists of formalized demonologies tend to remain popular in occult traditions.
Dictionnaire Infernal (Infernal Dictionary) Image of Moloch from the Dictionnaire Inferna The Infernal Dictionary is a book of demonology written in 1818 by the French occultist Jacques Auguste Simon Collin de Plancy. The entry for Moloch is as follows:
Moloch, prince of the land of tears, member of the infernal council. He was adored by the Ammonites under the form of a bronze statue seated on a throne of the same metal, having a calf's head surmounted with a royal crown. His arms were extended to receive human victims: one sacrificed children to him. In Milton, Moloch is a frightful and terrible demon covered with mother's tears and children's blood. Rabbis claim that, in the interior of the statue of the famous Moloch, god of the Ammonites, one had carefully arranged seven kinds of cabinets. One could open one for flour, another for turtle doves, a third for an ewe, a fourth for a ram, a fifth for a calf, a sixth for a beef, the seventh for a child. It is this which has given place to confounding Moloch with Mithras and his seven mysterious gates with the seven chambers. When one wished to sacrifice children to Moloch, one lit a large fire in the interior of this statue. But in order that one could not hear their plaintive cries, his priests beat loudly on drums and other instruments around the idol.

It is at the entrance of the temple and in the occult the temple represents a portal or gateway in the spiritual realm.
