We have three major situations going on in the world today. The first of which is the conflict-war going on in Israel as youāve been made aware of via other news sources. The events unfolding in Israel are indeed terrifying and shocking. When you have one faction of people based in religious animosities and generational hatred of the other (Hamas-Islam) conduct themselves in killing innocent children including babies by cutting their heads off with shovels, burning whole families alive or shooting them dead while inside of their car at their property gate trying to seek refugeā¦ Even a strong man gets emotionally distraught. When you as Hamas launch missiles without warning and then conduct oneās self in a barbaric manner after, you really deserve no respect at all.

A group of Palestinian supporters attending school at Florida Atlantic University one of which was arrested by FAU police during a demonstration on Wednesday. The student, Sana Abu Mohd, allegedly elbowed an Israeli supporter, then kicked a Florida Atlantic University police officer. Sana Abu Mohd is facing charges of battery and battery on an officer. She was booked into jail at 6:27 p.m. Wednesday and is being held in the Palm Beach County Jail as of mid-day Thursday.

Article I : Section 2.
Qualifications:
The House of Representatives shall be composed of members chosen every second year by the people of the several states, and the electors in each state shall have the qualifications requisite for electors of the most numerous branch of the state legislature.
No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen.
In the 1969 case of Powell v. McCormack, the Supreme Court held that the House may not impose additional qualifications on its members beyond those set forth in the constitutional text. Accordingly, the conventional wisdom goes, the House likewise may not impose additional qualifications for Speaker beyond those set forth in the Constitution. And because the constitutional text does not list any such qualifications for Speaker, the House may choose (or in the original language, āchuseā) anyone it likes, even a non-member.
in Federalist 47, not Federalist 50. More substantively, Madison was not saying that the Delaware legislature chose non-members as the Speakers of its two legislative chambers. Under the Delaware Constitution of 1776, which was operative at the time, the Speakers chosen by the two legislative chambers were then given executive responsibilities as well.

All of that said, the time of great pause in choosing a new Speaker of the House is nothing new. Some of died while in office and back before many of us were born it took great miles on the ground to get to D.C. no air travel for most of them.
Maybe it was all to allow Rep. Steve Scalise to get his health check since he was diagnosed with Cancer to be able to assume the role-position as Speaker. Maybe McCarthy was just a temp-placeholder.
With the current updated politics of it all we will see what transpires over the course of this process. Will it be Rep. Steve Scalise or who? We shall see. Who knows. Nothing diabolical going on; Just Politics.
