“We have just been informed that Canada, a very difficult Country to TRADE with, including the fact that they have charged our Farmers as much as 400% Tariffs, for years, on Dairy Products, has just announced that they are putting a Digital Services Tax on our American Technology Companies, which is a direct and blatant attack on our Country. They are obviously copying the European Union, which has done the same thing, and is currently under discussion with us, also. Based on this egregious Tax, we are hereby termination ALL discussions on Trade with Canada, effective immediately. As the Supreme court’s term winds down, here are the cases still awaiting verdict:
Trump v. CASA : The largest case remaining is on the topic of nationwide injunctions and birthright citizenship. Case centers on birthright citizenship; the actual ruling is expected to be a verdict on whether federal judges can issue Nation injunctions, or whether it needs to be confined to the judges jurisdiction. 3 district judges court judges ruled the President Donald J. Trump executive order ending birthright citizenship, violated the 14th amendment of the Constitution and blocked it. ** as of air time today, that question has been firmly answered. The district judges attempting to circumvent the power of the Presidency and the high office of the Executive received a resounding confirmation that Trump is once again correct. Birthright citizenship will remain as defined by SCOTUS and the constitutional standard of the 14th amendment granting citizenship to the children of slaves as American citizens.
Free Speech Coalition v. Paxton: This case began as a Texas state case where Texas can require pornography sites to9 verify the age of their users before providing access to pornographic content. The judges uses a stringent constitutional test, known as rational basis review, when reviewing the law, but a trade group challenging the ruling question whether it should have applied the strict scrutiny standard instead. *We are awaiting a ruling as of air date
Louisiana v. Callais: Another major case involves Louisiana congressional map that includes two majority black districts, is constitutional. The Louisiana state legislature initially had just one majority black district, which a federal court ruled likely violated the Voting Rights Act. Claiming gerrymandering of the district map, which is illegal, argue that race was not the primary motivator behind the changes. **as of air date no verdict yet has been announced.
Mahmoud v. Taylor: An LGBTQ case decided by the court this term rests on arguments from concerned parents that schools requiring their children to participate in instruction at public schools that included LGBTQ+ themes, violates their first amendment right. At issue is ‘storybooks’ that are LGBTQ+ themed and without an ‘Opt-Out’ option for parents; this leaves the public schools and the state taking parental rights away. *as of air date no verdict has yet been announced.
Kennedy v. Braidwood Management: This case challenges the constitutionality of a task force of independent experts that determine which preventative services insurers are forced to cover. HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr states that “Only the president should be allowed to appoint members with the approval of the Senate, rather than the HHS secretary.” *awaiting verdict at time of airing.
Federal Communications Commission v. Consumers Research: This case centers on whether a telecommunications program is funded by an illegal tax, and whether congress has delegated it’s responsibility regarding the program to a federal agency. Congress is not allowed ot delegate it’s legislative power under the nondelegation doctrine.

Impeachment resolution is being filed against a judge who temporarily blocked President Donald Trump’s control of the National Guard in California during this months riots in Los Angeles, Rep Fine stated, “it was a politically motivated decision”.
Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem today announced the termination of the TPS, Temporary Protected Status for Haiti. The TPS designation for the Haitian country expires on August 3rd 2025, and the termination will be effective on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025

At issue is an unelected parliamentarian within the congressional body that is stepping outside of their duties in slashing into the Big Beautiful Bill. This is outside the scope of what a parliamentarian is for any legal body, especially congress. Majority leader R John Thun is refusing to remove this particular parliamentarian. Vice President JD Vance, has the authority and constitutional power to remove this parliamentarian.

At issue is the primary democratic winner to run for Mayor is a socialist who proclaims only whites should have to pay taxes, and wants to state government to take over grocery stores. R Rep. Andy Ogles just sent a letter to AG Pam Bondi, calling for denaturalization and deportation of MYC Democrat mayoral nominee, Zohran Mamdani. Rep Ogles cites that Mamdani may have concealed “material in support for terrorism” when he obtained US citizenship.

ISRAEL - 'PALESTINE' - IRAN: THE FACTS
1. Throughout social media no matter the platform there's a huge lack of education on the part of so called Influencers or are those Influencers apart of a broad-scope agenda to get people to embrace such ideologies as Islam and, yes Nazism. The two ideologies go hand-in-hand because the main goal of both is the elimination of the Jewish State of Israel and the Jewish people. Some people don't even know what a Caliphate, Fatwa, nor Jihad are.
2. The confusion between an Arab and a Muslim is not in genetics. Muslim is not a ethnos of people. There are Christian Arabs, Coptic Arabs, Catholic Arabs, Orthodox Arabs, Bedouin Arabs, etc. Groups like Hamas, Hezbollah, PLO, Muslim Brotherhood, and ISIS are not an ethnos of people. They are an organization of Ideologies. In Iran before the hostile takeover of the Muslim Mullahs, Zoroastrianism was the predominant religious faith seconded only by both Christian and Judaism. Islam itself was always a minority in Iran aka Persia.
3. Before 1963 an official nation known as Palestine never existed. Only by Roman hands and decree was there ever a region known as Palestine, more accurately it was known by that decree as Syria-Palestinia or even more accurate Philistine. Philistines were ancient people who lived on the south coast of Canaan during the Iron Age in a confederation of city-states generally referred to as Philistia. There is compelling evidence to suggest that the Philistines originated from a Greek immigrant group from the Aegean. The immigrant group settled in Canaan around 1175 BC, during the Late Bronze Age collapse.
4. People like former and now dead PLO Leader Yasser Arafat were never born in Israel proper nor in the mythical land of Palestine. He was born in Egypt, lived in Lebanon, died in Paris, France. The Network known as the Muslim Brotherhood has ties to many nations such as Qatar and even into Iran's Islamic Regime. These men don't care about anyone but themselves in order to gain more power and control form themselves. While the rest of the Arab population live in poverty, they live in the pa of luxury.
5. 1977-1978 with the help/assistance of the U.S. Govt under now dead former President Jimmy Carter and the international help of France ushered in the hostile takeover of Persia by the Islamic Terrorist Regime, the Mullahs. The ouster of the former monarchy and the Shah of Iran led the people, the great people of Persia Iran into a generation of turmoil and persecution. Even those of Islam who rejected this Terrorist Regime were even imprisoned and worse, killed. Christians, Zoroastrians, Bedouins, and others have been attacked by the Islamic Moral Police to which were integrated into the Regime. It was never truly democratically elected but installed.
Notes: Western and European 'Experts' are no genuine sources of accurate fats and truth. Social Media Influencers who hold a bias towards Islamic Ideologies and laced with Nazi Ideologies are not good sources of information. When you want the truth about the PLO, Hamas, and Gaza you should only go to those like Mosab Hassan Yousef an Arab-Christian - former Muslim and Son of Hamas. His father is Hassan Yousef, a co-founder of the Palestinian Islamist organization Hamas. His own father put out a Fatwa, blood decree against him. He cannot safely return to Israel because of it. Even Brigitte Gabriel a Lebanese-American anti-Islam activist (Christian). Gabriel was born October of 1964 to a family of Maronite Christians in the Marjeyoun District of Lebanon. During the Lebanese Civil War, Muslim militants launched an assault on a Lebanese military base near her family's house and destroyed her home. She grew up under an Islamic Terrorist Regime.
Update on Iran and the IRGC
Currently the IRGC is in disarray basically non-functional and there is no cohesive government. Khamenei sent out a pre-recorded statement to which he looked disheveled much like another Biden. TOUSI.TV reports

The IRGC has basically only two options, surrender and allow a new government or go all-out CCP in a modern way of full totalitarian control, not the Mao Standard of all-out killing oppositional forces. Top 'officials' of the IRGC are very slim. Some have even stopped taking orders from the Regime Echelon. In Gaza, it's now between Hamas and the Gazan people who are fed up with Hamas. Mainstream media still propagates that it's the IDF versus the Gazan people. The 'genocide' is at the hands of Hamas, not the IDF.

Universities creating new accreditation agency in some Republican States
Six major universities in Republican-led states will create a new agency to set quality standards for their schools. The Commission for Public Higher Education will be able to accredit schools, ensuring the schools meet certain established standards.
